At ICERIVER, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure your technical operations remain seamless by providing a transparent and efficient exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log in to your ICERIVER account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original anti-static bags and protective foam to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all cables and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box, clearly marking the RMA number on the package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
